Date: December 9,
2016 Attention All USAPA Members:
NEW
MEMBER SOFTWARE READY! Transition
scheduled for December 16-19
We are
extremely pleased and excited to announce that on Monday, December
19th 2016, we will be
launching the much anticipated USAPA Membership Automation System. When selecting this software
we listened to your comments and feedback and wanted to ensure that we
incorporated the top three features that you let us know were most important to
you.
- Real
time processing
- Ability
to print your own Membership Cards
- Ability
to view and self-update personal contact information
In
addition, the new system will provide:
- Enhanced
reporting features for management and ambassadors
- New
Partner-Search feature for tournament players
- New
Ambassador-Search feature
- Revised
Member Look-Up feature
To
allow for the conversion and transition to the new system, the USAPA Membership Application and Renewal portion
of the USAPA website will be shut down at 2:00p.m.EST (11:00a.m.PST) on Friday,
Dec. 16. Memberships and renewals are scheduled to re-open at 11:00a.m.EST
(8:00a.m.PST) on Monday, Dec 19. No applications/payments can
be accepted during this conversion. We apologize for the inconvenience but the
developers will work to get the new system up and running as soon as
possible.
We recognize and appreciate that ease of use is always
important in any new endeavor. We also know that there is a learning curve that
is associated with a change of this sort.
CHANGES:
To help with this conversion, there are a few changes that we wanted to bring to
your attention right away:
-
Access to the new system will require a unique e-mail
address for each member. No shared e-mails.
-
After accessing the system, you will set up a user-ID and
password for future access to the USAPA Membership system.
-
A printable invoice will be generated as a record for
your membership dues.
We
hope you find this new system as exciting as we do. And, we look forward to
continuing to find ways to help you and support the growth of our
sport.
